Rosemary has green needle like leaves, with a pine-minty flavour that is a staple in a variety of cooking; delicious with everything from lamb to cauliflower! Rosemary is beautiful as a plant and can be over-wintered as a houseplant. Note: Rosemary has naturally low germination of about 50%.
