Motherwort Seeds

Motherwort can be grown for its long list of medicinal properties. As a member of the Mint family, its stems are square but its reach is mighty - some consider it to be invasive, so be mindful of placement and care. Pink fuzzy blooms grow along Motherwort’s tall stem, flowering from mid-Summer to early-Fall. Plants can grow 5 feet tall, with large lobed leaves at the base, that get progressively smaller moving up the stem. Motherwort has long been used to calm anxiety, ailments of the heart and to ease menstrual pain.
