Red Streaked Mizuna is a Japanese Heirloom that is prized for its peppery gourmet qualities. It is slow to bolt during the summer heat, but much prefers being grown in the cooler days of spring and autumn. Sow Red Streaked Mizuna densely to harvest its baby leaves or thin plants 4-6 inches apart to allow for a mature plant - its flavour gets bolder with age! These frilly, lace-like green are sure to delight and we love that they are frost tolerant!
