These plants are HEAVY producers and peppers are delicious for fresh eating. Unlike many sweet peppers, Jimmy Nardellos have thin walls, making them superb for drying.

The Nardello family brought seeds for this pepper from Southern Italy when they settled in Connecticut in the late 1800s. Family patriarch Giuseppe Nardello donated seeds to the Seed Savers Exchange before his death.
