Vertissimo Chervil is a member of the French ‘fine herbs’ family. Its delicate leaves are best used fresh or lightly cooked, with a mild anise flavour. Plants grow well in containers and can reach 2 feet tall. Its flowers are also edible, adding a nice touch to your salads.
