Celery Seeds - Giant Golden Pascal
(Apium graveolens) 115 days to maturity.
Giant Golden Pascal Celery, also known as Winter King, is an old French heirloom from the 1890’s. In old time seed catalogues, this celery was praised for both its cold resistance and self-blanching properties. Standing the test of time, Giant Golden Pascal Celery is a must, especially for Northern gardeners. We love its slightly nutty flavour and find it rarely tastes bitter.
