GROWING INSTRUCTIONS
For best results, sow seeds outdoors in the Fall. Ideally in a coldframe from Oct-Nov or a greenhouse Dec-Jan. If starting indoors...
SEED PRETREATMENT: Soak seeds in warm water for 24 hours before sowing (indoors or outdoors).
STRATIFICATION: No stratification is required, but 30-60 days cold/moist (5°C) will improve germination rates if sowing indoors. Inspect periodically for even moisture.
POST-STRATIFICATION: Sow seeds on the soil surface, cover very lightly with soil, tamp down. Seeds require light to germinate. Alternate soil temperatures during the day (20°C) and night (10-15°C). Water evenly and regularly.
GERMINATION: When all previously mentioned requirements are fulfilled, germination generally occurs in 30-60 days.
