Balloon Flower Seeds
(Platycodon grandiflorus) Perennial. Zones 3 - 8.
Balloon Flowers are a joy to watch grow! Their vibrant, periwinkle coloured blooms are visually very dynamic. As buds start forming, their shape is reminiscent of a balloon, ready to burst open into upward facing star shaped flowers! Balloon Flowers’ magical transformation will leave both you and your local pollinators star struck. As a clump forming perennial, they remain quite contained. UK’s Royal Horticultural Society has awarded this variety with their prestigious Award of Garden Merit, for its outstanding qualities.
