45 days. 1700's. Southern Giant Curled mustard is a wonderful, full flavour, spicy mustard green. The plants have beautiful frilled leaves and an upright growth habit. These are very easy to grow and the leaves are a great addition to sandwiches. The flavour is milder when the leaves are young or cooked. If you've never tried mustard greens this is a great one to try!
