This traditional Fall cabbage from the Netherlands is the ‘ Glory of Enkhulzen ‘. Originally bred in 1899, this heirloom cabbage is an excellent, easy to grow, early variety that is tender and crisp. Expect this variety to reach medium to large size;  as much as 8 lbs and 9in in diameter. The hard round heads are light green in colour. Great for slaws, salads, soups and stir fries. Good storage, ideal for kraut!
