GROWING INSTRUCTIONS
SEED PRETREATMENT: Soak seeds in water for 48 hours. Replace water after 24 hours. Mix seeds with a moistened grow medium 4x seed volume. Place in a plastic bag, covered tray/cells or container.
STRATIFICATION: 90 days warm/moist (13-15°C), a spot out of direct light is good. Monitor for mold. Next, 90 days cold/moist (5°C), in your fridge is a good spot of this. Inspect periodically for even moisture and germination.
POST-STRATIFICATION: Sow stratified seeds 3/4”-1” deep. Alternating soil temperatures during the day (30°C) and night (20°C) can aid germination. Water evenly and regularly.
GERMINATION: Germination can be erratic. When previously mentioned requirements are fulfilled, germination generally occurs in 90-120 days.
